The world is seeing more extreme weather patterns brought by climate change. All nations are therefore brought into the Paris Agreement to undertake ambitious efforts to combat climate change and adapt to its effects.
Modern Data Center Cooling Solution with Carbon Zero in Mind
Single-Phase Immersion Cooling
Server or IT component is immersed in a thermally conductive dielectric coolant which, at its liquid state, pumped by CDU to the heat exchanger outside the tank, where the heat is transferred to secondary cooling circuit. Read more about our Single-Phase Immersion Cooling
Two-Phase Immersion Cooling
Servers or other IT components are submerged in a thermally conductive dielectric liquid or coolant. The heat is removed through a cycle of vaporization and condensation.

Immersion Cooling FAQs
What is immersion cooling?
Immersion cooling is a type of liquid cooling. By immersing the server directly into a bath of non-conductive liquid, thermal energy generated by the server’s components is directly transmitted into the surrounding fluid without any additional active cooling systems or parts required, such as heat sinks, heat pipes or fans.
How does immersion cooling work?
There are two types of immersion cooling, both submerge servers into a bath of non-conductive liquid to cool the system, but each works in slightly different ways. Single-phase immersion cooling has the liquid (coolant) remains in liquid state, and is pumped by the cooling distribution unit and cooled by the heat exchanger. Two-phase immersion cooling has the liquid boiled to vapor, and then turned back into liquid by condenser coils.
Is immersion cooling more efficient?
In theory, immersion cooling method can greatly improve energy efficiency. Data centers cooled using immersion cooling is generally smaller than those cooled by traditional air and liquid of same performance capacity.
Why do you need immersion cooling?
Immersion-cooled data centers are scalable, faster, energy-efficient, saves more for businesses, and overall more reliable.
