When watching TV with latest driver and playback software in Windows 7, only sound can be heard but screen is black.

Please uninstall both TV tuner driver and playback software. After restart system, to install the latest driver and playback software from GIGABYTE official website. If you only watch TV by MCE, you do not need to install playback software).
