This problem occurs because the system incorrectly sends certain nonmaskable interrupts. When there are more than 8 logical processors that are available, some logical processors do not receive the nonmaskable interrupt that instructs the computer to restart. You can fix this issue by downloading the hotfix file from the Microsoft website and executing it.
