Gigabyte has done a fine job with this board. It’s got about as many features as I can reasonably expect from a mini-ITX motherboard, and the design is backed up by solid software, both in Windows and the BIOS. I heartily recommend it – this board consistently punches above its weight.TrustedReviews Jul 12, 2017 -

Top Honors
With the pros and cons considered though I do think this is one of the best options for a Z270 chipset ITX board, assuming the orange accents don’t go against your build theme. You are paying a premium for all of the features though, putting the Gaming 5 up near the top Mini-ITX offerings from Asus, MSI, and EVGA. This is the only one with a cover over the rear I/O panel though giving it the cleanest look in my opinion. MoreLAN OC May 30, 2017 -
Exceptional
What we're looking at here is a board that nails a sweet spot in terms of price and performance, and it looks pretty darn good too MoreBit-tech May 24, 2017 -
