Buscar Soluciones y Preguntas Frecuentes
Materials Needed:
1. Soft, clean, lint-free microfiber cloths (recommend 3 pieces).
2. Distilled water or a cleaner specifically designed for electronic screens.
Note: For QD-OLED monitors, it is also recommended to use a 70% ethanol solution as a cleaning solvent.
Instructions:
1. Power Off the Monitor:
Turn off your OLED monitor and unplug it from the power source. This is safer and makes it easier to see any smudges or fingerprints on the screen.
2. Prepare the Cleaning Solution:
If using cwater: Dampen one corner of the microfiber cloth with the water. The cloth should be slightly moist, not wet.
If using a specialized electronic screen cleaner: Apply a small amount onto the cloth. Do not spray directly onto the screen to avoid excessive moisture, which can damage the screen.
3. Gently Wipe the Screen:
Start at the top of the screen and gently wipe in a horizontal or circular motion towards the bottom. Use the damp part of the cloth to avoid scratching the screen.
Apply very gentle pressure. OLED screens are more susceptible to pressure damage.
4. Reconnect and Power On:
Once the screen is completely dry and clean, reconnect and power on your monitor to ensure everything is functioning correctly and the display remains clear.
Tips:
1. Never use ammonia, household glass cleaners, or any abrasive cleaning products, as they can severely damage the delicate surface of an OLED screen.
2. Always use a clean, soft, lint-free microfiber cloth to avoid scratching the screen.
3. Do not press hard on the screen; OLED panels are thin and can be damaged by excessive pressure.
4. Never use compressed air to clean the screen surface, as fine dust can penetrate into the screen through small gaps.
5. Avoid adhering any items to the screen surface as removing them can damage the screen.
6. Avoid directly touching the screen during everyday use, as oils and dust from your hands can soil the screen.
