The "OnBoard IDE" or "On-Chip Primary IDE" option of the "Integrated Peripherals" section in CMOS setting be hidden. Without the option to disable "OnBoard IDE", the IRQ(14/15) will not be released to be used for other devices.
Please update the latest version BIOS.
