Crafted with liquid Gallium & other high thermal conductivity compounds, liquid metal delivers up to 10 times the heat transfer coefficient compared to traditional thermal grease.

The AORUS MASTER GeForce RTX 5090 & RTX 5080 introduces composite metal grease that includes metal particles, to deliver enhanced thermal conductivity performance.

Since these enhanced thermal compound solutions are fluid-like in room temperature and above, and are electrically conductive, GIGABYTE has included an industry-leading quadruple protection system to prevent possible short-circuiting of important components. The protection system includes aerospace-grade PCB coating, UV resin, and a dual-level fence.

The fences are made of heat-conductive putty material, and manufactured using a fully automated process to ensure a complete seal. Therefore, if the cooler is disassembled, it is unlikely to retain its original performance without professional reassembly.
