When checking under NVidia control panel it shows that my VGA cards memory size is larger than original specification. Is this normal?
According to GPU specification Turbo Cache Technology is supported, meaning that the VGA card shares a part of the system memory when 1GB or more is installed. Therefore it is completely normal.
