在 Win ME 底下，使用 GA-630 AGP 卡想要進入 S3 (suspend to RAM) 模式時，會出現 "Your computer cannot hibernet or standby because the 3Dfx Voodoo Banshee cannnot enter into a low power state" 的訊息，可是如果使用 Win ME 內定預設的驅動程式時，就可以進入 S3 模式。
這是 Voodoo Banshee 驅動程式的問題，即使現在 3Dfx 網站上的版本 1.04.00 (2000/2/9) 也無法解決此問題，如果要使用 S3 模式，目前只有使用 Win ME 內定的驅動程式。
