By using 1.5mm thick, 5 W/mK LAIRD thermal conductivity pad, it can transfer 2.7x more heat than usual thermal pad in
the same time.

4 heatpipes directly contact PowIRstage, Inductors, PCB and connect to Baseplate, this highly complicated thermal design can
dissipate all heat from PWM component efficiently.
4. NanoCarbon Baseplate
High tech aluminum baseplate transfer heat from connected heatpipe and PCB back side thermal pad, it can use large nanocarbon
coating surface to dissipate heat passively.
Base plate made of aluminum instead of traditional iron ensures 3X thermal conductivity.
A thin layer of NanoCarbon is coated on the base plate through electrostatic adhesion to
enhance thermal radiation capability.
Combining with the back side thermal pad and heatpipe, it can transfer heat from the back side PCB and front side heatsink to the base plate so the NanoCarbon base plate can dissipate heat passively.
Effectively lowers backside PWM component temperature by 10%.
